Car with Driver Service VS Personal Transfer?

Car with Driver service rate is indicated for trips in Paris and 50 miles around with unlimited mileage and minimum duration of 3 hours. If you need a transfer from point A to point B, please use our "Taxi Address Search" or "Airport Transfers". If you need Car with Driver service for a distance longer than 50 miles around Paris, please ask for a quote. 

Cancellation Policy

We will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 2 hours notice without any fine. The fine is rated 100% in case of No-show. The cancellation must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us or by a phone-call if you don't have internet connection. 

Booking Amendment Policy

Any amendment must be made via an email to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment or by telephone. Amendment with your driver may include extra charges or may be refused.

Car Type

If you book Economy class car, we reserve the right of providing similar or an upgraded car-type if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.

When will I receive confirmation of my booking?

You will receive a welcome email containing your login and password on your first booking with us. You will automatically receive a 'Your Booking' email for the journey(s) you have booked. Then you will receive a manual email from our manager when the journey has been assigned to a driver. This will contain the pick-up instructions and the driver’s telephone number.

What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my service is imminent?

Please call +33 6 98 27 20 02 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.

The average trip duration from Paris center to Beauvais airport is 1h 30 minutes. This airport receives mainly low cost airlines, like RyanAir, WizzAir, Blue Air MGT and Air Moldova.  

Beauvais airport has two terminals T1 and T2 at some 250 meters apart.  When your flight arrives to Beauvais airport you get into security area and you have to respect the next sequence: 1. passport control, 2. luggage delivery, 3. you leave the security area, it is the same sequence in all Beauvais terminals.

You will recognise your driver by a sign with your name. In confirmation e-mail we will also let you know your driver's name and mobile phone number just in case of any unforeseen circumstances like loss of luggage, etc. Anyway your driver will wait you one hour, since the arrival of your aircraft, without any surcharge if you linger for some reason. Your driver will then carry any baggage you might have and escort you to your vehicle ready for your journey to Paris. On dropping you off at the airport, your driver will  make sure he gets you as close to the terminal entrance as possible and will unload all your luggage for you.
